Most experiences should work quietly in the background, without configuration or ongoing setup.

Quick Help
Quiet Time
No sound during a session?
Check that your device is not in Silent Mode and that volume is turned up. QuietLine uses subtle audio that may be muted by system settings.
Session froze or didn’t complete?
You can safely close the app and reopen it. QuietLine does not penalize incomplete sessions.
Can I restart a session?
Yes. You can begin a new Quiet Time at any moment.
Affirmations
Why do affirmations unlock slowly?
Affirmations unlock intentionally, one at a time, to reinforce calm and presence rather than stimulation.
Can I replay past affirmations?
Yes. Previously unlocked affirmations remain available.
Streaks
Why didn’t my streak increase?
Streaks increase only after a completed Quiet Time session.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing. QuietLine does not penalize missed days or enforce behavior.
