QuietLine is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
It does not replace professional medical advice, therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care.
If you are experiencing persistent distress, depression, or thoughts of self-harm, you should seek help from a qualified healthcare professional or contact emergency services immediately.

Crisis Support

QuietLine does not provide emergency or crisis intervention services.
If you are located in the United States and need immediate help, call 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
If you are outside the United States, please contact your local emergency number or a mental-health support line in your region.
QuietLine may provide a direct link to 988 through your device’s native dialer. QuietLine does not record, monitor, store, or transmit any information related to crisis calls.
